At Greenlane Furnishings, we’re excited to bring your new curtains, blinds, and rugs straight to your home. We aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and worry-free as possible, from browsing to delivery.

Curtains and Blinds Delivery

We deliver all made-to-measure curtains and blinds across mainland UK.

Delivery Costs:

  • Free delivery on orders over £150
  • £15 delivery charge on orders under £150

Delivery Times

Most made-to-measure curtains and blinds are delivered within 10–14 working days from order confirmation.
All delivery times are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays or peak trading periods.
Each item is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives in good condition.

Rugs Delivery
Delivery Charges
  • Flat delivery fee of £15 per order
  • Offshore & Remote Areas: £35 delivery

    • (Includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands – Jersey & Guernsey)
Delivery Charges Rugs are typically delivered within 5–9 working days across mainland UK. Delivery times are estimates only.
Orders with Multiple Items
  • Multiple curtains or blinds: one delivery charge applies
  • Multiple rugs: one delivery charge applies
  • Mixed orders (rugs plus curtains/blinds): two delivery charges apply
Items may be dispatched from different locations and may arrive separately.
Receiving Your Delivery

Please inspect your items as soon as possible after delivery.

If packaging appears damaged, please take clear photographs before opening.

Any damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery, along with supporting photographs.

Failed or Missed Deliveries

If delivery is attempted but cannot be completed due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional delivery charges may apply.

Transfer of Responsibility

Responsibility for goods passes to you once they are delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet stated delivery timeframes, delays can occasionally occur. Greenlane Furnishings is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including courier disruption or supplier delays.

If a significant delay occurs, you will be contacted.
